  • Revenue from operations increased from Rs.86.1 Cr in Q3 FY21 to Rs.151.5 Cr in Q3 FY22,  up 76% YoY
  • Segment-wise Revenue Breakup
  • Depository Activity – Rs.113.8 Cr, up 66% YoY and 2% QoQ
  • Data Entry & Storage – Rs.37.6 Cr, up 120% YoY and 12% QoQ
  • Repository – Rs.0.4 Cr, up 48% YoY and down 7% QoQ
  • Company has reported Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 83.6 Cr, up 55% YoY and down 3% QoQ


Business Highlights

  • As on Dec-21, CDSL has 5.56 Cr investor accounts, 17,748 live companies, 592 depository participants. Number of securities in demat custody is 53,302 Cr and value of those securities is Rs.36,93,975 Cr
  • As on quarter ended Dec-21, CVL, its subsidiary has over 3.93 Cr fully digitalized KYC records. It is the first and largest KYC Registration Agency in India
  • CVL which also offers RTA operations services 802 companies as on Dec-21
  • Currently, it has only 6.83 lakh insurance accounts
